Write to joao@constellationnetwork.io. It’s the same address as on the privacy policy, and it comes straight to me.
For a problem, three things help me answer in one go: the version (in Settings, next to the name, for example v1.3.0), your Windows version, and where you got the app: the Microsoft Store, the installer or the portable exe. For anything you can see, a screenshot says more than a paragraph.

Bugs and ideas work best as issues on GitHub, where other people can find them, add what they know and follow along. Open an issue on GitHub. You need a free GitHub account for that; if you don’t have one, email works just as well.
